Receiving Your Delivery & Inspecting Your Shipment

Prior To Signing  and accepting any freight, it is your responsibility to inspect for damage. 

  • Inspect outside packaging for any sign of freight damage.
  • Open immediately to check for freight damage to machine.
  • Notate any freight damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing.
  • In the event of damage call our Logistics Department at (800)247-1787 right away.
  • You have the right to inspect your machine before signing.
  • Do not allow the driver to pressure you into signing before inspecting.
